Maybe when the Mars Rover, Curiosity, landed a few months ago, you saw images of the man who has since been nicknamed “Mohawk Guy”.

Anyways, we celebrated “Space Day” at our school today, and we had the pleasure of having “Mohawk Guy” presenting a speech to us (sorry guys, no pics, unfortunately). He came along with another woman, who worked on the Curiosity as well. The two were quite friendly, and I found their speech fairly interesting. They went into full depth about the rover’s operating systems, and about Curiosity‘s mission on Mars. They weren’t… Too stereotypically nerdy, although their nerd side did show at times during the speech.
